Thanks for you comment..

But when i tried to apply your comment at the dimension setting.
All does not applied well.

fatal:NclOneDValGetClosestIndex: finish coordinate index out of range, can't
continue
fatal:Could not obtain coordinate indexes, unable to perform subscript
fatal:Execute: Error occurred at or near line 52 in file sim_wind.ncl

Do you know other way?
As a matter of fact, it look the data could not recognize with latitude and
longitude.
That's why it's working ugrd(:,19,:) instead of ugrd (:,{19.4},:)
Do you think so?
