Re: How to Read Multiple Files (and plot numbers for each different time) ?

You have

  fili = "eddy2a.cam2.h0.0003-05-19-00000.nc"
  fi = addfile (diri+fili, "r")

Change to
  fili = systemfunc("cd "+diri+" ; ls eddy2a.cam2.h0*nc")
  print(fili)
  nfili = dimsizes(fili)

  do nf=0,nfils-1
       fi = addfile (diri+fili(nf), "r")

 end do

Good luck
