Comparing WRF output to reanalyses using WRF-ncl

Hello,

I'm very familiar with creating scripts in NCL for comparing MM5 output to ECMWF
and NCEP reanalyses, but I am very confused as to how I would go about using
WRF-ncl to do the same? Any suggestions or sample scripts? Thank you.
