Missing accumulation fields in GRIB2

Hello,

We are producing GRIB2 files containing multiple precipitation periods. If multiple periods are present, NCL seems miss the longest period.

For instance, this 12-hour forecast file has 30 minute and 1, 3, 6, and 12-hour accumulations:

NCL only recognizes 4 of the 5 fields. It fails to recognize the 12-hour accumulation:
