how to make t test with ncl?

Hi everyone!
    I would make t test(that is student's t test),who could give me some advises? thanks!
   
     Note that: my datasets are monthly averaged data built from the simulations of CAM3.0 for about 40 years, so each experiment(sensitive or control) of the model has 40(years)*12(months)=480 netcdf data. I want to make significance test of difference of the varible temprature between a sensitive experiment and the control one.
