Outline of continents/country boundaries

Hello

I have attached a script that is interpolating WRF-Chem winds, height,
and co on specified pressure levels. When plotted, no continental
outline shows up on the map. I think the current map settings are
plots over the US, but this script is over Africa and the Easten
Atlantic Ocean. What line or setting can add for continent and its
countries to display?
