  Hi all,

I'm trying to regrid the CCSM POP output using ncl. I cannot use the mapping to regrid partial area, say from i=a:b and j=p:q instead of the whole ocean. The following is the error I get

Variable: dim_src
Type: integer
Total Size: 8 bytes
            2 values
Number of Dimensions: 1
Dimensions and sizes: [src_grid_rank | 2]
Coordinates:
Number Of Attributes: 0
(0) 320
(1) 384
(0) PopLatLon: dim_x(nDx-2)=151
(0) PopLatLon: dim_x(nDx-1)=51
(0) PopLatLon: dim_src(1)=384
(0) PopLatLon: dim_src(0)=320

I have already downsized the data to a specific area using netcdf toolbox. It'll be great if I can regrid just this area instead of the whole ocean. Any help would be great! Thanks!

   Karthik
