ps to eps

Hello,

I want to convert a multi-page .ps file into .eps files.

By using "convert", the quality of output .eps files are low and
boundaries are still remained.

I remember that, ncl website use to have a tool to do it, but I cannot
find it any more. Does anyone know that?
