Folks,

I apologize: I accidentally okayed this post with the 7.7 Mb
attachment (ncl-talk automatically rejects anything over a certain
size).

If you post to ncl-talk, ncl-install, ncarg-talk, etc, please refrain
from attaching anything over 1 Mb.

You can indicate in your email that you have a large file, and we'll
email you offline if we need it.

I've ensured that the dimensions are named and coordinates point to the dimensions and have units. Any idea? I will be restricted the domain to plot over Australia, but for now the global extent makes it clear.
