I found the lonFlip function which maps my grid onto the grid out of landsea_mask, and so I guess that is why.

Subject: landsea_mask, mask

Hi,
when I use function landsea_mask and mask I get a mask that is out by 180 in the longitude direction, even though i'm masking the dataset with a mask formed from the dataset. None of the examples talk about the need for me to cycle the mask in longitude before applying?

Mark.
