Re: NCARG 5.1.0 installation problem

You need to have the necessary libraries installed or if they are installed
the paths must be set. It might be a better option to install the
precompiled binaries as compiling NCL/NCARG is a bit difficult for a novice.
I too wasted my time and am happier with the precompiled binary.

And yes, one also needs to post in the appropriate forum.
