Regrid vegetation data - final solution (for interested people)

First, thanks for the suggestions of Michael Notaro, Dennis Shea, and
Mary Haley on this issue.

The 'best' way is to use the "mode"

"Within the target grid box, what is the most common values.

If you have 5 forest, 3 tundra, 2 desert ..... Use 5" ---- Dennis
