Missing value settings

Dear all,

I have data stored in Netcdf format.

I want to calculate average of this data.

But when I am averaging I don't want to consider values below a fixed threshold.
 
For this reason I want fix all these values below the threshold to "missing value".

Then after I will use the  NCL function dim_avg_n_Wrap to perform my task.
