Why the function of ut_calendar can not be used?

Hi, all
    
     My ncl have been just updated to 5.1.1, but the old script meet the following problem.
  
     fatal:Undefined identifier: (ut_calendar) is undefined, can't continue

     The function of ut_calendar work well under 5.0.0, and I want to know why this function
can not be used now? Thanks!
