convert MM5's TERRAIN program output to netcdf format

Dear NCL users,
I want to convert MM5's TERRAIN program output to netcdf format to use in NCL.
My terrain file is in binary format.
I couldn't find any way to do it.
Please if any one do this job already, give me help.
