Standardized Precipitation Index

Hello,

I would like to calculate Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) from
my precipitation data (pcp(months,lat,lon)). The source code for SPI
programs are given in the web page
http://climate.atmos.colostate.edu/standardizedprecipitation.shtml
Is anybody implemented SPI in NCL?
