Combine two arrays...

Hello,

  I have variable a(time=30,lat=80,lon=180) and another variable
b=(time=30,lat=80,lon=180). I want to combine them and get another variable
c having dimension time=60,lat=80,lon=180.. Is it possible in NCL?
