Skew T problem

Hi,

   I am trying to plot two soundings on the same skew-T. I could make this
script work before but I don't know what's happening now that only plots one
and not the other one. Plus, I want the plot to be on pdf and is not working
either and before it did. I have not change anything, just the input files.
Here is the errors that is giving me.

fatal:Variable (cape) is undefined
fatal:Execute: Error occurred at or near line 975 in file
$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/skewt_func.ncl

fatal:Execute: Error occurred at or near line 2090 in file
$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/skewt_func.ncl

fatal:Execute: Error occurred at or near line 276 in file
plotprofile_jja.ncl

I don't know what to do.
