terrain following model data

Hi,
Could anyone advise me on how to use NCL to plot vertical cross-section for
terrain following model co-ordinates data?
I have model data in: var(time,lev,latitude,longitude)
The lev is just a level number of the model which can be converted to height
above the ground using the topography and stretched co-ordinates.
