Dear NCL users,
I've wrote a script showing the characters with accent often used in
Portuguese.
I hope it helps who's trying to plot figures with captions, titles and
miscellaneous strings in Portuguese or in other Latin languages.
The string variables with the text codes for accent can be copied to another
ncl script, that can be used in other scripts with load command. Their names
follow the names used in HTML table for special characters.
The script and its output with characters with accent are attached.
Best regards,
