Hi Jonathan

It is best to send questions related to anything from

http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/.....

to wrfhelp@ucar.edu [ cc'd here ]

'wrfhelp' created all the scripts at

http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/Graphics/NCL/NCL_examples.htm

and are far more familiar with the WRF eta level coordinate system.

There is a eta=>pressure that can be done.
eg
http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/Graphics/NCL/Examples/LEVELS_INTERP/wrf_PressureLevel3.ncl

Perhaps, you could convert to pressure levels and modify the
wrf_meteo5.ncl to fit ou needs.

or, maybe, the output could be used for something like

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/meteo.shtml

Good luck
