radar contour fill plot

Hi,

I am now working on radar data contour fill plot.

The data is written in radar polar projection.
It is very similar to ncl normal polar projection with
the exception that the "POLAR" is radar site, not the Arctic.

The data and sample plot are at
ftp://ftp.caps.ou.edu/users/yli/radar/

I can not
(1) Make plot on map.
(2) plot in the form of "polar projection".

The ending plot will be extremely beautiful and attractive to all
radar community.
