travel support available for MSI students at next NCL workshop

We're pleased to announce a new program where NCAR/CISL is offering
travel support for students from minority-serving institutions (MSIs)
to attend the July 20-23, 2010 NCL workshop in Boulder, Colorado.

Summer registrations always fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up
soon. There are a limited number of slots available.
