cumulative probability curve

To whom it may concern:

   I attach one cumulative probability curve. Does NCL can plot that kind of
plot?

  From the website of http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/pdf.shtml, I know
that ncl can plot probability distribution. I am wondering how I can plot
cumulative probability distribution?
