Not Plotting First Row of an Array

 I am trying to plot the values in two arrays with multiple rows each, which have been read in using the "asciiread" command. All of the rows get plotted correctly, except for the first row in each array. I used "print" statements in the NCL script to make sure that the rows were being read in correctly (and they were). Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
