cpae and cine

Hi NCLs,

I am trying to calculate CAPE and CINE from a sounding which is GPS-based and have very high vertical resolution. The function available in NCL, wrf_cape_3d, has limit of maximum 150 levels of data, as it is showing error more than that.

Any suggestion to compute CAPE and CINE from a sounding which is having more than 1000 vertical levels.
