NCL Version 5.2.0 now available

We're pleased to announce the release of NCL V5.2.0!

This version is being hosted on a new ESG system, which will
be released for production in the near future:

   http://esg.ucar.edu

All user accounts from the old ESG site have been created on the
new system, and this is updated hourly. If you have any problems
using the system, please email "esg-support AT earthsystemgrid.org"
and include "ESG Early Access" in your subject line.

Here's a subset of what's available/changed in NCL V5.2.0:

  - HDF-EOS5 reader
  - Updates to GRIB1/GRIB2 reader (may be some backwards
     incompatible changes, see URL below for more information)
  - PNG output (in beta test mode)
  - New variable types
  - New functions
  - All NCL binaries now OPeNDAP-enabled
  - New color tables from MeteoSwiss
  - Several bugs and memory problems fixed
