problem with gsn_csm_vector_scalar_map_polar

Hello

When I use gsn_csm_vector_scalar_map_polar to plot potential vorticity diagnosed from wrf outpot, I have problem with wind field.
See attached wrfout_PVO_500mb_withWind.png, the wind field is supposed to be like attached wrfout_gfsinput_ABS_V500mb_174.png

I attached my script.
