pressure-height overlays

For future reference for other users:

If you want to use the overlay function on any of the gsn_csm_pres_hgt plots, you must set the first dimension of *all* data arrays to "lev" and set the units to "hpa", "hPa", "Pa", "pa", "mb", "millibars", etc. as stated in the documentation for the gsn_csm_pres_hgt function. NCL will not tell you it is an error if you don't do this for the arrays used in the overlays. It'll just tell you "zero field." (I did not see anything specifying this or an example of a pres_hgt overlay in the current documentation.)
