ut_inv_calendar: Invalid specification string (NCL 5.2.1)

Dear Madam/Sir,

I just download and install a new version of NCL:
ncl_ncarg-5.2.1.Linux_x86_64_nodap_gcc432.tar.gz
and my Linux version:
Linux artemis 2.6.27.45-0.1-default #1 SMP 2010-02-22 16:49:47 +0100 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The following is my NCL Scripts

time=1
time@units = "days after 1-1-101 00:00:00"
tt=ut_inv_calendar(2000,1,1,0,0,0,time@units,0)
print(tt)

there is an error
"fatal:ut_inv_calendar: Invalid specification string"
This error happens the same in the NCL 5.2.0
