Sparse grid

Respected Sir/Mam

              I want to know the plotting procedure of a sparse grid
data. It is basically a netcdf data of radar reflectivity having only a
single floating parameter to plot. I am attaching a file of the same for
your convenience.And also a ncl file with which i tried.
