Dear NCL users,
At the risk of wasting time solving it myself, let me ask the NCL user community for a solution to my problem.
I have multi-annual hourly seawater temperature time series data at each of 36 sites positioned at irregular intervals along the coast (see plot). I have calculated various climatological averages for each site, but now I need to interpolate temperatures in-between the sites in order to arrive at a profile of seawater temperatures along the coast.
I can do the calculations using other software, but I was wondering if NCL can do what I need.
