add special characters onto title

Hi dear all,

I want to change the title of my plot to something like "12:00", what I'm
using is:

res@tiMainString = "NOx, " + date_t + ptime(nd,0)/10000 + ":00"

But the :00 appears as a star on the plot, could you please tell me how to
deal with this situation?
