the size of a pdf file.

Hi,

I have draw a pdf file using NCL which contains only one picture and its
size reached 163M(a global SLP graphic),and I draw another multi-pages pdf
file which contains 28 pages and its size is only 55M.Do you know what is
the reason for this?
