XY plot with 2 variables, different dimensions

I've two variables of water temperature. One's ranging from 0-320 meters
at 0.5 m ingrements, while the other is at one of n levels, with n=10 to
correspond to the other dataset. I need to plot both temperature
datasets on the same plot, and right now I'm confused.

I've got the data read in, and can plot either set, but getting them to
overlay has me stumped.
