explanation of centerDiffRMS in Taylor diagram

Hi,

I just wonder that the meaning of the centerDiffRMS resource parameter in
Taylor diagram. If it is set to True value, it plots additional
semi-circles around REF point. Is it necessary to do additional
calculation to activate this resource?
