how to assign a coordinate value to a variable?

Hi,

I got a ascii file with 3 columns,1 column is the latitude value,1column is
the longitude value and the other is the variable value.for example(here the
third column is T):

158.6370 33.3510 227.2
158.0411 33.3449 225.3
157.5029 33.3664 235.8
156.9415 33.3687 225.4
156.1919 33.3821 231.2

I don't know how to creat a new T variable with these lat and lon
information so I can easily draw a contour with command gsn_contour?Can
anyone help about this?
