plotting mean trajectory

Dear all,
I have got the latitude and longitude data for the path of a number of air
parcels. How can I get the mean regression trajectory of the track of this
air parcel? Does anyone have the script for performing similar task? Any
helps and suggestions would be welcomed and highly appreciated.
