Hi, Thanks for the idea. My intention is to have in the x-axis the value of the plotted variable (e.g. temp, u, v, qv). I will try to see if I can manage to do so. At least it shows me how to extract the lat-lon point. Having a script like the one I am intended to I think will be useful for many people doing profiles verification and so on. Thanks again. This one specifically is time on the x-axis, but it will be the same for a single vertical profile.
