Hi,
It seems that your m variable contains a value that exceed the third
dimension of ZH variable.
Except I've understood in a wrong way, you're trying to get dimension
information of a netcdf file variable from a txt file. Maybe, its
information is wrong. Why don't get it directly from netcdf file?
