Bad Link in loadscript

Hello,

The following link needs fixing in the loadscript page:

In this page:

  http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Built-in/loadscript.shtml

at the bottom is the sentence

  See the section "The local statement and function and procedure scope".

The link to the "... procedure scope" goes to

  http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Built-in/loadscript.shtml

instead of

  http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Manuals/Ref_Manual/NclStatements.shtml#Scoping
