can't display init time and valid time

Hi, I try to display max reflectivity . But how to make Init Time and Valid time are same with my wrfout file. Because the results at pdf display at right top of my pdf file are only :  " Init Time : DN 00" and Valid  DNC 00 ". I use ncl 6.0.0 and FC16.x86_64. Thanks, --Royan
