Please look at the script you are using. You provided the
following information

   lbres@lbTitleString = "PM2.5 (ug/m~S~3)" <==========
   res@tiMainString = "Wind Rose: Color + Variable Thickness"

If you do not want these plotted, comment or delete the line(s).
