Hi In-won Kim,

The fourth argument of pres2hybrid, "xi", must have rightmost dimensions nlevi x nlat x nlon, where nlevi is the length of "p" (the first argument), and nlat and nlon must be the rightmost two dimensions of "ps" (the second argument).

You should do "printVarSummary" on all of these variables to make sure they meet these size requirements.
