Re: ncl_default colormap

Hi Carl,

I just now put the new NCL default color table as a downloadable file on our website, but I will also attach it here.

Note that when you download the new version of NCL, this new color table is built into the "ncl" executable. That is, you won't see a file called $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/colormaps/ncl_default.rgb.

However, for now, you can use the "ncl_default.rgb" file attached, and put it in the $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/colormaps directory to use it like the others.
