Re: what is the matter with gsn_csm.ncl

The mistake is that you did not load "gsn_code.ncl"
prior to loading "gsn_csm.ncl". The 'set_attr' is
an internal procedure contained within "gsn_code.ncl"

  load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_code.ncl"
  load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_csm.ncl"
