US county line thickness

Hello,

I saw a note in the NCL-talk archives from a couple years ago noting that it is not possible to configure the line thickness for US counties. (http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Support/talk_archives/2010/0362.html) Is there any chance that this functionality has been included in more recent versions of NCL (and perhaps just not updated in the documentation)?
