Re: wind_rose overall statistics

One way that works is to make a copy of
$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/wind_rose.ncl
and say call it rose.ncl in your local directory.
In rose.ncl, comment out the relevant lines of gsn_add_text,
and be sure to load "rose.ncl" instead of
load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/wind_rose.ncl"
