help "choose a download site"- Cygwin

Good afternoon

I have a problem and want to know if you can help me.

I'm installing Cygwin, but in "choose a download site" I do not know which
one to choose, because I am in Colombia. what should I do? I have selected
most of them and none have served. but none works.

I need your help, thanks!
