I downloaded and installed ncl_ncarg-6.1.0-beta.Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc445.tar.gz on my 64-bit linux sever and started having ELF64 errors when loading in my own code. When I did a "readelf -h ncl" on the new version of ncl, it reports as an ELF32 executable.
I then downloaded and installed ncl_ncarg-6.1.0-beta.Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc432.tar.gz and readelf reports it as ELF64, as one would expect.
